What I do!
I hold a Ph.D. in Geology from The University of Western
Ontario.
I spend several months of the year in the Canadian Arctic
(Nunavut) and Greenland studying Quaternary and Surficial geology.
The main focus of my research is:
1) reconstruction of ice-movement history in Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Greenland;
2) study mineral dispersal patterns to aid mineral exploration;
3) produce surficial geology maps
4) conduct mineral resource assessments.
I have been conducting research in the Arctic since 2001.
